Empowering inclusive coaching in STEM-TVET

The STEAM Coach learning hub is designed to support the professional development of educators, trainers and STEAM Coaches who are working to advance gender equity in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) across Europe.

It serves as a practical and inclusive space where stakeholders can access training and learning materials, coaching tools and resources that challenge gender norms, promote inclusive career guidance and help create both supportive learning environments and inclusive working spaces for women and girls in STEM-TVET pathways

Diversity and gender-sensitive CPDP

The STEAM Coach Continuous Professional Development Programme (CPDP) is a blended training model designed for organisational leaders, educators, and stakeholders across the STEM-related TVET fields. It provides participants with cutting-edge tools, skills and strategies to counteract the underrepresentation of women in technical fields, and to promote sustainable cultural and systemic change at institutional and workplace levels.
