What is STEAM Coach?

STEAM Coach is an Erasmus+ project that addresses the underrepresentation of women in STEM-related technical and vocational education and training (TVET) by introducing a gender-sensitive coaching model to boost participation, performance and retention of girls and women in technical careers.

Through inclusive coaching practices, organisational change and awareness-raising campaigns, STEAM Coach helps educators, trainers, employers and institutional leaders promote gender equity and address bias in both learning and working environments, opening pathways to future-proof STEM professions.

Who will benefit?

  • TVET trainers and educators looking to adopt gender-sensitive teaching and coaching methods.
  • Institutional leaders and HR professionals promoting inclusive recruitment and retention.
  • Career guidance and coaching professionals supporting women in STEM.
  • Institutions and training centres interested in embedding equity-driven practices.
